Clerk of Works

Where required, we can provide projects with a Clerk of Works with Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health experience who will monitor engineering installation quality and report directly back to the client raising any issues he has identified.

Acquisition Reports

We are able to produce various bespoke reports tailored to meet individual client requirements. Including acquisition reports and dilapidation reports. 

Life Cycle Reports

Hyde Chadwick have the engineering knowledge and capabilities to provide the full range of condition surveys and Life Cycle, and planned Preventative Maintenance Reports.
